Their macarons are tastier than those by Ladurée, but they are smaller and slightly more expensive. Their praline chocolate ball is very pricey and not worth it. Would only purchase their macarons in future.

If you are a chocoholic this place is for you! Not sure whether this is a good thing or not, but the shop is not far from where I normally stay in Paris, so I always visit this shop when in Paris, as they also do not ship to Australia (where I live). On my most recent visit, I had... More

My favorite chocolate, my favorite place. Stunning displays. Top of the line classy presentation. Excellent, tempting , tasty chocolates. Nice arrangements. We were introduced to this store and their delicacies by our Parisian friends and fell in love with La Maison du Chocolat.

By all means, come here! The chocolate craftsmanship is just beautiful and the staff speaks English. Bought a chocolate eclair (dark chocolate) and it was light, fluffy, with a true dark chocolate tasting filling and topping. And it was beautiful to boot! They make their chocolates in one of the suburbs of Paris and I highly recommend these decadent treats!

We stopped at this beautiful shop when we saw the stunning, chocolatey window display. And the macarons- they looked marvellous, and they tasted exquisite. It felt so surreal to have these beautiful chocolates and cookies in Paris, very romantic. We tried a few different flavours of macaron, the nutella was stunning, and some milk chocolate bark. We could have spent... More

This is the one of the very best chocolate sellers in Paris. There is a wide variety of light and dark chocolates, nuts and fruits. There are any sizes of boxed chocolates available in containers that travel very well. There are many locations in the Paris area including the CDG airport for last minute gifts.

The service was polite with good advice on how to eat chocolate. I only sampled a couple of the chocolates and to me it was excellent, well balanced and just pure indulgence. For one chocolate piece, expect to pay over €1.80/€2 But definitely worth it as a treat.

The chocolate here is amazing. We started a chocolate tour here and had some incredible pieces of chocolate. They have a great selection of Milk and Dark Chocolate. The people that work there were very helpful as well
