The Champs Elysees is extremely touristic, but that is something you know upfront. Many fast food shops along the street, and this is by far the cheapest way to eat lunch or dinner of there. If you go for a common tearoom you will quickly...More

Take a walk down and take in this tourist attraction, but most stores can be found wherever it is you come from. There are large crowds and expensive cafes ... there are better and more beautiful things to see and do in Paris. It is...More

This is worth doing once. Interesting and expensive shops all along the way. A good change of place from museums.

You walk up a steady incline to reach the Arch De Triomphe. The wide, tree lined avenue has all kinds of restaurants, shops, and street fare. It is crowded, but the view looking to the final destination is awesome. Just imagining how it must be...More

This road is a very expense place to view, the Cafe's are expensive. and be prepared so are the shops. There are better places to spend your tourist dollars then here.

It is just like any of the cafes in Paris except it is situated in the most expensive area, Champs-Elysees. Proportionally, the prices are higher than those in other area. The cold desserts are good for tiring travellers in a hot afternoon.

Really wide road with expensive shops. Really busy - lots of tourists and lots and lots of homeless beggars - some even have babies.

Lots of security.. bags checks and no traffic but to me that's great as you can flick from side to side. Obvisously there's the window shop only shops but there's plenty of 'normal' shops to browse and buy from.

This area is characterized by its namesake avenue
which extends northwest from the Louvre to the modern

Triomphe. Grand embassies stand among impressive
offices and presidential palaces; architecture from
19th century Universal Exhibitions, homes, art
galleries, and 19th century streets designed by Baron
Haussmann flank haute-couture boutiques. This

Yes, especially Chanel, but also Prada. My wife bought one of each. The streets with the high end stores are St. Honorie, and Montagne.

Stay off the strip, depending on what kind of shopping you want to do. If you are looking for the major retailers I would personally shop on the Champes. Little souvenirs you can really pick up anywhere and most places are... More
