This and the Champs Elysees are THE streets for fashion in Paris. Especially the Rue Saint Honore. All the big names are in this area and all can be yours for a price. If you swoon at the thought of Chanel, Dior, Gucci, Fendi, Louboutin,...More

Tons of shopping along this street with some of my favourites, but we made the mistake of visiting on a Sunday, which we didn't know that practically every shop is closed. So don't visit on a Sunday!

Very pleasant avenue/road that never feels too crowded. Strolled along here in April with the enemy, and managed to limit the damage to a small Hermes scarf. Living in NYC. it reminded me of a cozier, more historic version of Madison Avenue. Don't put it...More

This long street slices through some of Paris' historically wealthy neighborhoods and now features very expensive designer stores. Bring you credit cards or just window shop.

Louvre / Palais-Royal
From the majestic Louvre to the regal Palais-Royal,
this neighbourhood oozes luxury. The grand arches
along Rue de Rivoli are shadowed by mosaics in front
of decorated vitrines and hotels. Place Vendôme is
lined with the world’s best jewelers and their
glittering window displays. Every other establishment
has someone to open the door for you or park your car.
You can spend hours gazing at its haute couture shops

A few are, but it is not like shopping in Oxford Street, London, say, where many stores are open noon to 6pm.
