Zoo is easily reached and it's quite big, you can easily spend there 2 hours. There is also good restaurant and shop with different kind of animal related stuff mostly for kids. Most of the animals seems to have a lot of room in their "cages", only ones I was bit worried were wolf and bigger birds. You can go... More

Really good zoo and well worth a visit. All the animals looked to be in great condition and happy in their environments, which is cleverly designed and well laid out. Highlights for us were the manatees, amazing to see them up close, although the baboons may just have stole the show, hilarious watching all their antics. Thoroughly enjoyed our day... More

As I become older I find it increasing sad to see wild animals in small enclosures, it feels neither informative or enjoyable. The primates especially seemed bored, understimulated and neurotic. Our 4 1/2 year old grandson wasn't entertained, he preferred the playground area to going around gawking at the animals.

Such a clean and well-planned zoo. The enclosures are spacious and clean. The animals seem relaxed and happy. Visitors can get just close enough to be able to admire the beauty of the "residents" of the zoo. The zoo offers a wide variety of geographical environments to visit but I did not find the trip tiring in the least. This... More

I loved the wide variety of animals that we saw here. I also was impressed at how close we were able to get to most of the animals.

Myself and my parter came here whilst staying in Paris. We absolutely love going the zoo wherever we go and this did not disappoint. We spent 4 hour's here seeing all the animal's on the map and loved every single second. I recommend paying the zoo a visit if your looking for a fun filled day out.

Don't miss the walk from porte doree to get to the zoo, cross the park, its lake and all small attractions. Zoo is well signaled and you just have to follow the path. Don't miss the lamantins and exotic glass serre. Great moments. Bring your sandwhich as the restaurants inside are really bof bof...

We visited Zoo de Vincennes a few month after the refurb. I must say that i enjoyed what I saw. Everything is clean and tidy and animals are kept in amazing conditions. Is safe for small children, but of course you cannot leave them wondering around by themselves. A plus is for everyone who is unde 26 and an EU... More
