We have just used the office to get tickets for the Louvre that we previously bought online. The service was good and the office is plenty of flyers of the various attractions of the city and there are screens that show the best things to do in town.

We have a Good experience in the office with 2 agents however another woman ( blond, in her forties) was no so kind with us and also with another couple before us. It seems she do not enjoy her job... Excepto for this incident, the other emplomes were very kind and they suggested the best for our trip.

The Paris Museum Pass is a must-buy for any trip to Paris. You save time and money, and it made our trip so much easier. I would highly recommend it!

Buy your tickets/passes before you arrive, and for a small fee you can have them delivered to your hotel. Very convenient! We ordered Paris Museum Passes for the two adults in our party (under 18 go in free with you at most museums) so we could skip the lines. Well worth it to avoid standing in the rain longer than... Came in to collect prebooked tickets. There was no waiting and no impersonal machine, just a pleasant and helpful lady who let me explain what I wanted in French without losing patience!
