We had a great time in our Croissant class. The instructor was knowledgeable and fun. Beating the dough on the table was unexpected and brought lots of laughs. The croissants were yummy as was the chocolate pastry. We will be sure to make them both now that we are at home. We would recommend the class to others!

Booked this workshop to learn the art of Croissant baking. The instructor was so amazing at answering and providing information. I’m so happy I took this class. I can’t want to bake fresh croissant for my friends and family back home. I highly recommend taking this wonderful class. When we were done backing you get to taste a freshly straight out of the oven croissant and it’s so rewarding Thank you

My sister, brother-in-law, and I decided to do this class the last day of our trip to Paris. How could you not learn how to make macroons in the city that they are known for? The teacher was an absolute blast. She was extremely friendly and easy to communicate in English. She made it fun but also very informative. We were completely enjoying ourselves, and in the end that was the highlight of our trip!
