We had booked our tickets, arrived 5 mns early. The queue was well managed and we were even entertained by a musician. Visiting le Grand Palais was a real pleasure.

Didn’t actually get into the Miro exhibition security staff and security forces blocked of entrance to it. Walking from one side to the other to stand in the rain and be ignored. Would be hard pushed to go again....

You cannot visit the grad Palais. It is a place that host different exhibitions or shows in one of its halls, but you can visit the main area under the glass ceiling.

We've only seen the nave during an event or exhibition in the main central space. Since it is used often it is either in a state of setting up or taking down. Suggest you try to gain entry through the rear and ask for... More
