Definitely worth the extra time and money to visit this smaller palace which is not crowded at all and laid out nicely with interesting furnishings.

Variation from the splendours of the Palace, that is. Copper pans that were used 200 years ago are useful exhibits and there are lovely rooms and furniture to appreciate.

Is a must if you are visiting Versailles! Lots of different places to explore, my favorite one was the little village of the queen

We spent the whole day at Versailles, and were so glad that we could see both Trianons and the Hamlet. The Hamlet is just to walk through, but the Trianons are wonderful to see, and NO CROWDS! Worth the time!

This was definetly worth the trip from the palace. The grounds were just as amazing as the house. The detail to every little thing was amazing. Take the time to make this a stop.

This part of versailles is also very beautiful. The buildings are a lot smaller then the castle of versailles but just as beautiful. You see immediately that these buildings are designed for women. This place screams feminine : the pink marble, pink seats... The difference...More

I don't know exactly because the Trianon is a separate building. But I would say the gardens are open as long the Versailles gardens are open. So all day long till late evening. M.

Hello, You can rent the golf cart on the North terrace. The terrace is located behind the chateaux, on the garden side. You will also need a valid drivers license -- US works and it costs 32 euros an hour. Have a great... More
