Been here for 4 times already, and looking forward for more visits. Its a true place for miracles. If you want to come and just pray, I recommend visiting during the quiet months. Early in the year when its still very empty around Jan-Feb, you can almost have the Bath and Grotto for yourself. The downside is there only a... More

The visit was very safe and easy. People were very friendly. Inside the cathedral felt so peaceful because of the background music for prayer and meditation. The art work inside and inside was amazing. The holy water had ample supply so bring your water bottles. I was blessed to be able to visit this wonderful place and yes I have... More

To see the faith of the pilgrims and to be part of that is wonderful. It is impressive to see all the young people taking part in the celebrations.

Lourdes is a known place where several miracles took place. It's a place of peace of mind and ache of heart. Its open from 6 till 12 at night. Make sure to visit the nearby cave and the upper chapel. Visiting hours could amount on average to two hours.

The sanctuary is a must see place, it is so peaceful and yet full of activities, the inner healing (the bath) and outer healing (the confession) experience is explainable.

The sanctuary has a immense presence with its design and layout, maximising the site's layout. The latter adds to the spiritual dimension of the site rather than detracts from it. I was impressed as it was not too opulent, simple yet effective.

Our second visit this impressive church complex. Thousands of people from all over the world visit the place to get blessed. Highlight is getting a holy bath. Twice a day you can get during limited hours you can get the holly bath which is famous for miraculous cure of many patients.

Our last day in Lourdes, with Mass in the Grotto, Stations of the Cross, and bathing in the spring water! What a blessing this pilgrimage has been for all of us, especially our family. Thank you, Jesus, for the countless graces, for ten straight days of perfect weather (warm sunshine and blue skies), and for being the Lord of Lourdes!... More

The church is magnificent. It seems to be coming directly out of the mountain.October seemed to be the perfect time to visit. You must stay covered so coming in the summer might be difficult in the heat. Love the sound of the bells. Spectacular views and fairly easy to access. Don't miss the mass in the grotto itself and check... More
