This holy shrine and beselica in Toulouse is a must for any one visiting the city . The awesome and historical place has a tale which is full of devotion and compression . The devotees will surly have their prayers and humbleness arising here ....More

It is a building so worth visiting. The building and architecture which has such a rich history leaves you quite breathless. It is well worth the effort to visit.

Very attractive on the outside, but only impressing with largeness on the inside, fairly unremarkable interior beyond the soaring chapel behind the altar (which you cannot come close to). Worth a visit for any student of religious architecture - and an important stop on the...More

Look at the local websites for many beautiful concerts in this lovely, peaceful space. I was shocked how cool it was inside, even when it was so warm outside. Lovely architecture!

I HIGHLY recommend getting to know about the violent and dynamic history of Toulouse and southern France - and the Basilique Saint-Sernin is a great place to start. The church itself is quite simple, and beautiful for it. V calm and cool. The underground chambers...More

The nearest and the first monument we visited in Toulouse from our rented apartment. Barely a minute from the room, we were pleasantly surprised and awed by this majestic structure. 'History-in-a-capsule' like spot meticulously maintained. It was a Sunday and a lot of locals and...More

Beautiful Basilique St-Sernin is well worth a visit. The main church is free but there is a €2.5 charge to visit the crypts (don't miss this). The opulence is stunning!

Yes I just saw it yesterday at the Toulouse-Matabiau gare, it is outside on the left side after you exit.
