Many shops and cafes/restaurants line this street that connects the north/south sides of the old town core. A stroll won't take that long to complete so give it wurl. Recommended.

Yes it's a short shopping strip. I'm staying around the corner and walk past it every day. It's the end of June so you'd expect it to be busy but it's not really that bad. The crowd comes and goes so it really depends when...More

If there is a place you must pass in Lille is this street. The ambiance is amazing, the light, the people going around. Super to have a taste of the life in Lille.

Great new part of Lille city where you can clothes and shoe shop until you drop, if that's you're thing. Some great little waffle shops and delicious ice cream.

I walked along this street many times, sharing smiles and kisses. Sometimes it smells of croissants, other times of Armani perfumes or of morning fresh air. I recommend it on a sunny day in March when it's not so crowded.
