A lovely old building externally and with a charming courtyard inside. While you can't go inside, the booksellers and occasional artist that now seem to be permanently in the courtyard are worth a few minutes of your time. Perusing the old books and magazines is...More

Truly a beautiful building. Not sure if we could visit the inside. The tourist office told us that, unfortunately, it was not possible. So we took some pictures of the exterior instead.

This place is just off Grand Place. We went in when there was a little market going on. I am not sure how frequently this happens (we went on a Saturday afternoon). There were loads of little things to buy - it's more like car...More

An attractive court yard building now enjoyed by artists and book sellers to offer their wares. The environment is artisan and also stimulating to the mind. An experience in a less modern world.

You can go inside to the market, which allows you to see the interior of the building - beautiful architecture and worth a closer look.

Effectively an old courtyard where traders sell old magazines, postcards, posters etc. A bit of a flea market. Building itself is fascinating, old and quaint but there are lots like it around northern Europe
