This was once a postal sorting office but following Lille becoming the Euro cultural capital in 2004, it was converted into a centre of contemporary art. Korean artists seem to have colonised much of it, so look out for shiny stuff, clashing colours and boundless inventiveness!

I recently visit this museum of contemporary art in Lille. From outside, you cannot tell whether the exhibition inside will be interesting. Once inside, it is mesmerizing. Currently the Tri Postal has two expositions as a part of the Renaissance Lille 3000 festivities. One of them is called "Tu dois changer ta vie" which is a contemporary view of the... More

Visited "Secret Passion" Exhibition. Right next to Gare Flanders. Also has a restaurant, and gift shop. Don't let the facade keep you from exploring what exhibitions that they have!

There are large signs near the main train station in Lille pointing to this attraction but ... It's never open! Our hotel was close by so we went back a few times throughout our stay and it was always closed with no indication of opening times despite still being advertised on City maps.

Imagine a place where an elephant is hanging by its trunk from the perfectly white walls of an incredibly complex structure that is Tri Postal - that is Tri Postal. Screaming children in the open spaces and hints of sexuality in secluded corners REALLY shows the oppositional forces that dominate today's contemporary art secrets hidden in plain sight in this... This art space is the location for very nice temporary arts exhibitions! I very much liked the fantastic 2012 work. Its best to take the train or metro since its next tothe train stations (Lille flandres), 400m from lille europe

On the three times I have been here the exhibitions have been excellent. Plenty of space to walk round, world class artists and exciting shows. I would come just for aday trip to visit.

Central to Lille 3000 this is a nice little arts venue, houses a cafe-bar and a good sized exhibition space holding some great pieces of art for the Lille 3000 exbho. Loved the over sized chairs in the cafe and the shop was also quite good.
