Wonderful museum, excellent exhibits. Cost is very reasonable. Has a nice cafe inside, and adequate parking. A really nice extensive gift shop. There are quite a few exhibits, so plan to spend at least half a day or more. The displays are really well done....More

The museum is worth the visit! You can spend a lot of time at the museum. We had lunch in the sandwich shop. The food was good.

Sorry not sure about port. I took train from Paris, stops in Caen where the World War museum is. Then you travel on train to Bayeux where you take tour to visit Memorial and Beaches.
