The current exhibit was interesting. If you make the trip to see Claude"s house and gardens then you might as well stop here.By itself, not worth the trip.

The museum had a variety of paintings with a musical theme. The useful wasn't huge and we easily walked through in just about 25 minutes. If you are an art-lover, I am sure it is a must-see. If not, you probably aren't missing much.

Good balance to the garden. Lots to see, well covered by audio phone. Attentive staff helped when wife felt faint and offered a wheelchair so she could complete our visit.

My daughter and I love Impressionist art . She insisted we visit Giverny and Monet's house and gardens. I am so happy she did. It is French country and beautiful gardens all in one. We were there In April and the tulips were in full bloom. I would recommend bringing something simple to eat by the lily pond. The restaurants... More

I bought a ticket here because I wanted to avoid the Monet garden line by buying a combo ticket here first. There are beautiful artwork here, but very few pieces.

Dear GelatoSF, Thank you for your comment. We are a young museum and our collection is still modest. However, we organize two temporary exhibitions a year, each one presenting between 80 and 120 works of art. Our exhibitions are complemented by a permanent exhibit of about 15 works. Regards, The staff of the musée des impressionnismes Giverny More

One of the most touching visits I did when visiting Paris for a longer stay. After visiting the museum itself, it is a must to spend a pleasant time around the gardens and pond. Simply unforgettable!

After finding out that a special exhibit of Joaquin Sorolla works were being shown, we HAD to come. Wonderful, we have enjoyed this Spanish Impressionists works for decades, now to revisit some old favorites from Madrid and see so many pieces new to us, especially the several on loan from Cuba, blues in seascapes that were magical. Over 150 works... More

Not only the House of Claude Monet but also this extraordinary museum it's worth a visit. In the period I visited thre was an exhibition of Sorolla, a Spanish painter in France. Excellent location for several paintings. Appreciation to all the staff of the museum.
