Great way to discover Nantes - big walk (to do in 2 days) but excellent opportunity to discover apart from the cultural and art journey places and small streets you'd otherwise miss out on -

If you follow the green line you will cover all the highlights of le voyage a Nantes. It's around 12 Km long and you won't lose your way. It's a very smart way for sight seeing. We enjoyed it a lot.

A mechanical elephant that adults can ride! It spouts out vapour from it's trunk as it moves along. A big hit with the adults and kids!

Unique and rather impressive but expense. Let's go to Guerande, La Rochelle, Oyster City but skip old, dirty & expensive Nantes

As already said, Nantes is a crazy city. Jules Verne is all around the place. Still today. A trip on the elephant ????????

Expensive ride and not very interesting at all. Better to see this from the ground. Staff is ok, but not really too interested. I think if I had to do this all day I would be bored too.
