Interesting but not magical

It was light up at nigh and was cool to look at but does not compare to any palaces in Italy. It wasn't far from the beach promenade.

Big empty space full of people and trams...good for people watching and soaking in the sun. The water feature would be fun for kids.

Excellent for walking, and admiring all the structures. One could send the day in this location, a sunny and warm day. Architecture at its finest.

This is a nice spot to hang around for a coffee. Sometimes there are street performers playing and singing. There's a nice big fountain with tourists taking selfies or just sitting and doing people watching.

Must be larger than the main square in Madrid. Lot of character and great place for people watching Lots of cafes serving average food at above average prices

I like this square because of it's wideness and colors around it. It's a real Mediterranean square. Also, there are seven very interesting statues which look like Buddhist monks sitting on them. They represent seven continents and the communication between the different communities.

The Place Massena is the heart of Nice, a most beautiful plaza in the Vielle quarter, with lovely architecture. The docks are just a short walk away, as is a walk up the Castle hill. I took some great photos here.

A pretty place with lovely architecture, it has a spacious, open feel. Rue Massena, off to the right as you face the water, has some great places to eat. Moules in white wine and cream a speciality.
