The Landscape is wonderful. Sadly the Banks of the lake are full of thrash. You can see it along the railroad-track from Aix-les-Bains to Chindrieux.

Very beautiful view and walk all around the lake with our 3 girls running and looking at the ducks. The view is just splendid.

A favourite for us anyway, how can you not love a beautiful big lake with mountains around it and restaurants and bars at various points. Stroll along and enjoy not only the views, but the activity you will see with sailing, birds, people just enjoying...More

Beautiful lake, with a large number of water sports opportunities. Must visit when in the region. Some nice cities around: Bourget du Lac and Aix-les-Bains.
