You're only able to visit this area with specific tour groups in Seoul and it's a unique experience being at a place that is both well known and dangerous at the same time. There were no North Korean guards when we visited and we have...More

If you've done your research, then hopefully you've found one of the few tour groups that will actually take you all the way to the buildings of Panmunjom, while the other tours have concluded miles away. And by the time your bus has reached the...More

This review is not of the tour, but of the travel agency. I booked the tour three months in advance. Shortly before my trip I found out that a friend would be in Korea at the same time so I called Cosmojin to ask about...More

Visiting the Demilitarized Zone (aka DMZ) between North and South Korea was quite a bizarre experience. Yet it was one of those bizarre experiences that I would certainly recommend to anyone traveling to Seoul and at all interested in local affairs. At the time of...More

I did the combined DMZ and JSA tour. The DMZ part was done in the morning and the JSA in the afternoon. I was a bit disappointed with the DMZ part. The activities were not very interesting and you are just missing the real thing...More

I took a DMZ tour organised by Adventure Korea in 2017 and it was awful. The tour guide spoke very little English and the bus hardly got there on time. I wasted a lot of time on this tour. However, the place itself was unique...More

Hello, yes because 3rd tunnel is part of the DMZ tour. So normally DMZ tour will be in the morning (including 3rd tunnel therefore) and JSA in the afternoon. Enjoy your trip ;)

Hi, We booked our tour through the US base which was very well organized. Although there was a two week waiting list! The tunnel is included but optional. In fact, the guide recommended reminded us that we were free to opt... More
