Loved the building on the place with a surprising backgrounds/scenery on the nearby hills/forest. Try to attend the market. We missed it by not much and I was disappointed as what I read of it was good.

Great place to visit. With farmers selling fresh eco products. Local wine is especially recommended. For only 5€ a bottle it's a real gift.

All of the buildings bordering this square are very picturesque and scenic, particularly Freiburg's cathedral. A stop in this square is so worthwhile and enjoyable.

A lovely area around the cathedral, cobbled pavement and a market. Plenty of places to eat, so go hungry and enjoy! Plenty of local parking and shops.

A nice square with street cafes opposite the cathedral. One can sit and have a meal or drink with a fine view of the cathedral.
