It's just another waterfall. I didn't understand the big fuss around it. I guess it means something for locals but I have seen bigger and higher.

You can hike all the way to the top it is a good hike or park your car and walk to the waterfall and hike the area around it. Either way it is worth it so beautiful!! Cost $4.50 euro but we stayed a hotel...More

We have been often to the falls. It is a nice little workout to go up and around. The squirrels are fun to see and photograph. Nice views of Triberg when one goes around the whole pathway.

Most Dorf's (village) has a Gasthouse , a Pension or a room to let. I see no problems finding a room unless it is June July or August
