This is an amazingly large palace. The story of the building of it is cool too. The tour is about 1 hour. Gardens are there as well. Enjoy!

Always worthwhile to visit Nymphenburg. Good city location to introduce to friends who were visiting Munich for the first time.

Made me wish I was a German Royal. If you like walking through the woods, you could easily spend hours here. Otherwise a 30 min visit is sufficient to take in the magnificent views.

Super cool attraction. We went inside only briefly, but the gardens and water features outside alone are worth the visit and the stroll around. Be sure to allocate some time for a nice walk!

This beautiful palace, set in extensive gardens, within the city of Munich must be the cultural highlight of any trip to the city. The smaller buildings in the park are especially worth a visit, with Amalienburg particularly charming. The carriage museum has some amazing totally over-the-top gilded carriages, must be seen to be believed.

The gardens alone are worth the trip. You could spend a day here. We spent two hours just in the gardens. Don't miss it. We took the city tour bus so you hop on and off. If it is your first trip this is the way to go. You see a lot so you can pick and choose afterwards.

My wife and I spent a morning walking through the summer palace gardens. It is a very large garden with a fountain and a variety of flora. A very nice walk

Summer residence of Bavarian kings. Build in XVII century, interesting, but nothing special. Munich has more interesting places for visits.
