A fantastic concert hall to visit with outstanding acoustics. Orchestra is placed in the middle with the public surrounding it.. Attended concert of rare level of perfection with great musicians.

We were lucky to have our concierge obtains tickets to this performance; the soloist was fabulous but the whole evening was such a pleasure - and interesting to observe the architecture.

The Berlin Philharmonic is one of the world’s great orchestras. It is perhaps most famous for all those yellow-fringed DGG recordings but it is stunnng live. It has a distinctive modernist home. It’s also been blessed with great conductors and musicians.

Hi Shirley, you simply turn up. We arrived about 60 mins before and sat with a book and a coffee. This also means you can get a spot on the steps or possibly a seat!
