I'm always up for nostalgia and for fun things, so it's always great when the two meet, and this museum does both. To be able to see the evolution of computers and computer games over the years, some of which I'd only ever seen photos...More

Honestly, I loved this place so much! I didn't even see the Berlin Wall because I spend the whole day here. You can play with the old arcades, it has a lot of history and seeing the old consoles just brought back all those childhood...More

The museum is very small, but very interactive, lots of fun games to play, some waiting to jump on exhibitions but was fairly quiet! Very much enjoyed our visit.

This by far was our favorite place in Berlin by far. We must have spent 3 hours in this place and still could have stayed longer. They have everything from the history of video games, to plenty of hands on games for everyone. The nostalgia...More

It's a well sourced museum with a good mix of the popular consoles and more obscure items. While the focus is the history of gaming, the main attraction is the number of consoles and arcade cabinets available for you to play. Alongside consoles like the...More

Excellent hands on museum, small in size but plenty to see. It is well laid out showing how games consoles have progressed over the years. There is several video screens where you can listen to interviews and other articles. There are loads of old games...More

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit

Hi, will your museum be closed on any days between December 26 and 30 please? I understand that you are open 7 days per week but I want to be sure winter hours at holiday time will be the same. Thank you.

Hi. I was there on 6th July, 2016 and fell there in love. On Wednesday, the 6th July, 2016 about lunchtime 1:00, I took a look into the small arcade room of the museum and saw there a girl, playing pacman on an old vintage table with her dad. She spend the most time in the arcade room. She was about 15 years old and had a blond ross tail and black shoes (like Sneakers). Was someone also there on Wed, the 6th July 2016 and could remember this girl or had seen her also too?
