For a seated concert, this was an okay venue. It is easy to get in an out of the venue, and move around. The seats were quite small, as were the size of the toilets. The sound was decent, though.

Went here to see the Roncalli Christmas circus with a group of four adults and four children. Initial impressions were good as the venue is impressively located and of an interesting and unusual design. It was also easy to get to by a short walk...More

It was pretty good, some outstanding artist between them, but if you type Roncalli you will not find it. Anyway, we reserved in advance and it was really good but we had to punish our rear parts with hard chairs in first row, 75€/each. Maybe...More

We got last minute tickets to the Tempodrome to see Paul Simon. Either the acoustics are wonderful or this guy is as young as ever. We sat really highly up but had a great view and the sound was superb. Sound sound sound! Backed by...More

Easy to reach with the S Bahn, the building looks great both from outside and inside. The capacity should be around 3000/4000 people, well distributed. I enjoyed it very much.

I never get a chance to visit Tempodrom but I stayed at crown plaza for 10 nights, which is just opposite to it. It was amazing outside to see local artists, guitarist performing on the street and people cheering for them almost everyday. I loved...More

When we paid for the best tickets in the house to watch a classical orchestra, I did not think for one moment that I'd spend 2 hours sat on a plastic chair, actually in what you might call the orchestra (the actual orchestra were onstage)....More

Berlin's revolutionary heart and immigrant roots can
both be found in Kreuzberg, but this central
neighbourhood is beginning a new chapter. In the
1950s and '60s, Turkish guest workers settled around
Kottbusser Tor, while in the 1980s and '90s,
rambunctious squatters and artists gathered to live a
carefree life here. An old hospital even became a
hotspot of riots between squatters and police. Today

Hi Vanessa, I have never been to Berlin before. I just bought concert tickets and a VIP pass to see Steve Hackett and Genesis Revisited at the Tempodrom April 10. So glad that you enjoyed Paul Simon. An excellent performer. I was wondering if you could tell me how far away the concert venue is from the central city, and the best way to get to the concert venue. I will not be renting a car but will be relying on public transportation of some kind. Jeffrey Seelman Milwaukee Wisconsin USA

Berlin is a big city, but easy to get around by underground, bus or taxi. We stayed at the Zoo hotel and it was a short taxi ride. Great venue, enjoy!
