My wife and I visited this market recently, we have been here a few years ago. There are many stalls with something for everyone. The market is easy to get to and easy to walk around, plenty of old stuff as well as nearly new....More

We spent quite some time in this lovely market. One can find here Mediterranean salads, fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meats, charcuterie and fromagerie, all this in a great and relaxed atmosphere. And to decorate the meal you can also find beautiful flowers on...More

This is a really great place to get your weekly grocery shopping - wether it is veggies, flowers, cheese or bread, you will get it there - fresh and at excellent prices. The combination with some food places and local manufacturers of candles, T-shirts, etc...More

It's a great outing for an hour, whether or not you need anything. With a good eye and some luck, you can find some nice original art work, some old camera for your collection, cool antiques from a bakery, new postcards or original little cloth...More

It is nothing special to be honest but is quite nice for a Sunday. The flea market has some interesting things, from books (1 euro each), to cheap furniture (antique and modern). Around there are a lot of different cuisines you can try.

I love the market at Boxhagener Platz. There are lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, bright blooms, homemade food from many ethnic backgrounds, and other random items! Don't skip Oma's Rollender Backofen, their little donut holes are so delicious. Mostly locals shop here. There are...More

What makes this flea market stand out is the fact that there were musicians in the corners of the market. One was a hip hop freestyler and the other one an old lady playing a string instrument. The items sold at the flea market can...More

If you want to live deeply a Sunday in Berlin, visit a flea market. The one in Boxhagener Platz (Friedrichshain) is one of the most famous. Not huge, but with a warm atmosphere. You can find many original souvenirs coming directly from the GDR's time...More

Thanks Tripadvisor! SATURDAY neighborhood MARKET is my favourite, not too big, beautiful people, ... We had our GLUTEN FREE Breakfast in the "Geremia tiramisù" stall: Italian style with German perfection. We spent the whole morning shopping gifts for friends. It's worth a taste!

When you arrive at Warschauer Strasse in the heart of
the district, you have found one of Berlin’s party
hotspots. At night in Friedrichshain, the energy is
palpable and the streets of this old worker's quarter
are full of street musicians. On one hand, you may
find a bar with international crowds, electronic
music, long lines and panoramic views - on the other,
an outside venue by old train yards featuring decrepit

Sincerely I do not know until what time you can find the stands, as I have never been there after the very early afternoon. Sorry, I know this is not of great help :(
