This house is connected to the merchandising and trading history of the Hanseatic League, of which Bremen was a chief member. Today, it houses the chamber of commerce.

The building is very old, built in 1537. Located on Markplatz. I think that it is currently a functioning Chamber of Commerce and you can not enter inside, but it is very impressive from the outside.

Initially it served as a guild house for merchants and tradesmen. Halfway the 19th century it became the local chamber of commerce. Situated on Market Square.

The guildhall makes up part of the architecture of the square. We couldn't get in but It adds to the beauty of the spot.

It's a well know pub in the center of Bremen. Good own brewed beer and a range of pub dishes. Good location for groups.

Great bar for locals and tourists alike. The beer is lovely. And if there are a few of you, and keg on the table is really good fun.
