Its probably great if you can read German and understand the humour in those caricatures. Unfortunately I don't speak german so not that good.

I dont understand how a Museum is defined as a Museum when there is no translation in English. most of the caricature are described with text content , of course in German. Moreover- why should i discover this just after i already paid for the ticket? the place is quite small , i cant understand the good reviews here

Small exhibition in 3 floors. The caricatures were excellent! Could not believe that they all were paintings. Very interesting to see how a picture of Michael Jackson was painted. The artist started by drawing a big smiley! Highly recommendable.

This place is cool. I discovered it thanks to the internet. In fact if it wasn't for the internet I would have had no idea that this place existed. The staff are cool, but the thing about this art gallery is that it is dedicated to caricatures and cartoons. When I was there they had a temporary exhibition on the... More

... but the museum needs more space. It felt crammed, and in some spaces you inadvertently stood at awkward angles to the art making it difficult to properly take it in for full appreciation.

I lucked into this museum as I was wandering the smaller streets of Frankfurt down by the river. It is easy to miss but please don't. For me, it's an absolute gem. I have included some photos as my words would not do the artists and their work justice. From the Stones, Iggy Pop, John Lyndon,Marilyn Monroe the list is... More
