In a HUGE forest in the middle of Hannove, a city of aroudb 600 K inhabitants, every minute is worth to take a deep breath. Every inch of this forest is a huge value, jogging, riding, walking whatever you do.

Nice city forest for running, cycling or taking your dog for a walk. I prefer the part behind the zoo because it is the most " wild" bit without all the logging going on in the more popular parts.

Great park to run in. Lots of bike and running paths, plus grassy meadows for sunbathing. There are playgrounds for kids, plus a lovely cafe near the music school.
