Mr Schnier presented in German and talked us through Charlemagne's histroy and all the key elements in this former crowning hall of German Kings for 500 years. Thankyou, Mr Schnier, great job. Sorry, you do not speak English, people would line up.

Well worth the very cheap entrance. Make sure you get to the top floor hall where the ceremony for the Charlemagne prize is held.

A very impressive old building in the city centre but nothing special to see inside. Totally not worth the price!

We did not have time to go inside, but the building's exterior is very impressive. Very reminiscent of the Grand Place in Brussels. Worth spending a few minutes walking around the outside and admiring the architecture.

It is a typical central European building. I visited it just because of curiosity. It is in the center of the city so it is difficult to bypass it.

We didn't get a chance to dine there but it was very busy and is very popular Google it or find it on Tripadvisor and book accordingly. Have a good time in Aachen.
