We visited Aachen for the opening of Verdi's La Traviata. The building is Majestic from the outside, functional and minimalistic inside. The main Theatre is well built. Great acoustic and view at the stage. At the second stage balcony it was quite hot; just enough...More

THe theatre is one of the earliest examples of a city funded theatre. Opera, plays and concerts are given here. It is a restored building but quite magnificent
