I came here on a Wednesday night and the place was busy. Lots of bars and restaurants with people drinking outside. It was lively but it was a happy relaxed atmosphere. Would be good on a weekend for a few beers 🍺

Amazing places. Beatiful river. Artists in the river side near Altstadt. Crowded, high prices in restaurants there. Good to walk or visit galleries. We visited galery K20.

Dusseldorf has a good size old town. In November/December, they put the holiday market and the atmosphere is very festive. Some nice cafes and restaurants in the area also.

The old town area of Düsseldorf maintains a quaint charm. It is easy to access by public transportation or car. And has many nice restaurant choices. It is quiet and relaxed.
