The Gartenschau/Parc is for young and old, singles, couples, and families a nice place to be. The tulips in Spring are beautiful and so are the Summer and Fall arrangements. The pumpkin displays are very creative and colorful. There are great opportunities for children to play and for parents to relax. The life size dino displays are an additional attraction.

Fantastic playgrounds for all ages. Nice park, flowers and dinos down and a good view over Kaiserslautern from the upper part of the park

We made our trip to the Gartenschau to look at the amazing pumpkin sculptures that they had up as a special. The only downside is that it was a very rainy day so the boys weren't able to experience the entire park as they wanted. Not only were the sculptures awesome to see but you can walk all along the... The Gartenshau is possibly the coolest park we’ve ever been to, complete with life size replicas of dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts. A shallow creek weaves through picnic areas and playgrounds, meant for play. On warm days, it teems with kids in their swimsuits, splashing and and catching minnows. The playground equipment itself is creative, varied and encourages imaginative, risk-taking play.... More

Beautiful park near the center of the city. Good for a family day, long walks and entertainment for children. 3-4 hours can be spent here just for walking.

We went because of a concert and we've gone before. My favorite thing is the huge slide. It's so fun. The only bad thing are the shlushies. They don't have much taste. But I love the place and I recommend this place for children ages 5-.....

I went with my family and they had a good time since my brother has a younger child. Lots of things to do here for young children. The venue regularly hosts events such as Knight Markets and Lego exhibits. I go here frequently because I skateboard and it has a decent skatepark. If you go for this reason, watch out... More

Gartenschau is a quiet and spacious park in the city. The grounds are well manicured with ample grassy areas for kids to run around in or to have a picnic on. There are multiple "playground" areas for children of all ages as well as a nice shallow stream that is perfect for summertime fun. The life-size dinosaur models are really... More
