The church if a very characteristic for its time and area, but once you get inside you will see the most beautifully and well taken care of Organ! Not to mention the altar and gorgeous wooden frames.

My parents were married in this church, and I had been there before it is always a great experience to see it again. If you have time stay for the organ recital. One of the paintings changes images as you view it from different angles.

A very interesting chruch with a giant organ (it is a must to see it). It is very easy to reach because it is at the beginning of the centre and lots of cafes and shops are around.

We made a special effort to visit the Kirche St Nikolai rather late on a wet afternoon. The exterior is covered in scaffolding and sheeting at present, for roof repairs, but the interior is unaffected. What joy...we arrived as the organist was practising for a recital (one of a series held during the summer). The sound of the 'double organ'... More

What is there to say really - it's a simple Lutheran church but notable for its unusual organ which combines "modern" romantic and baroque organ systems played from the same keyboard. There is an English language information leaflet available.

Beautiful church in the middle of the shopping pedestrian street of Flensburg. Impressive. The inside is very simple but all in all it's a very nice church.

Pretty small church. Located next to shopping street. A quite place to cool off from the summer sun.
