Just came across this while wandering around wonderful Cadiz. Really it's all about the Camera Oscura. We had a great guide/narrator/operator - very informative, very amusing. We loved it!

We really enjoyed the camera obscura (without it, it would be just watch-tower) The price, including the camera obscura guide, is reasonable.

This is a 'must' for a stay in Cadiz. The camera obscura is a real highlight (pun intended!) and having walked ourselves into the ground it was great to see where we had been. The staff are great and admission prices very reasonable.

If you need to pick one thing to do in Cadiz, pick this one. Crafty little place offers fantastic view of the whole city. There is a camera obscura tour which cost 6EUR, but if you have a decent book guide you can easily identify places from the skline, so an individual tour is just as nice

One of many towers that the merchants built to keep an eye on the port. This is perhaps the most famous one, but do try the tower next to the Cathedral, which offers a better view.

Really enjoyed our visits to Torre Tavira. It seemed very popular with people enjoying Cadiz for the day from some of the docked cruise ships. We were staying for a few nights in Cadiz and started our first day of sightseeing to this tower. We found the climb easy (apart from maybe the very last spiral staircase out on to... More
