Lovely area of Torremolinos. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants, even in January. Busy during the day but very quiet at night. Find the lift if you want to avoid over 200 steps up to the town centre

Loads of variety of cafes and shops. Even sat on the beach having lunch at a Chiringuito. This was 2 days ago and it was lovely.

This area of Torremolinos is very quaint. There is a lovely street that runs behind the promenade with numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The promenade is a real delight to walk down and there are several bars and restaurants where you can sit and watch the world go by.

Our weather was absolutely superb, blue sky's, very warm, hot in the sun for the whole ten days (18-28 Dec) Carihuela is in between Torremolinos and Benalmadena. No need to have a 4... More

Lots of authentic restaurants and bars along this stretch of resort. Much nicer than Benalmadena. Not to be missed!

This area is very clean, lots of traditional restaurants and lots of snack places to eat. The area has had a lot of work done and multimillion refurbishments to hotels restaurants all along this coastline. The carihuela has managed to keep a lot of it's very interesting character and we love it.
