We visited the centre not really sure what else there would be apart from the art works. We wandered around looking at some of the displayed art, interesting and modern. There is a library in the building and a café. We walked around several levels, there was a yoga class going on in one of the rooms and they have... More

As one of many expats in Torremolinos who survive on limited Spanglish, a course here should open the doors to more understanding, more fluency and more acceptance within the host community. Make your initial enquiry at the reception area where you will find a very helpful staff who will guide you to the course most suited to your needs.

This plaza is just round the corner from where we stay.it was recently all done up and its a pleasure to sit at one of many little bars or just sit down and relax. Find it on Google and you will notice that the paving is actually a barcode.

We were staying in the Melia Hotel in Torremolinos and decided to get the train up to Malaga for a slightly more cultural day out instead of our usual lazy days. The permanent collection mainly consists of his paintings, but there are also some bronzes, ceramics and studies. His output was prolific when you appreciate that he was a working... More

Marvellous place even for the artistically uninformed about art and impressionism. Good opening hours and plenty of information to read with clear explanations.

There are no seats in the exhibition for people to sit and contemplate the artwork whilst listening to the commentary. The staff are almost like security guards, following guests around to prevent them from resting against walls or touching exhibits, this slightly spoils the enjoyment. The exhibition is interesting but disappointing in that we expected fuller recreation of his home,... More

Two exihibition at a time, both Picasso and Grotesco. Most of the Picasso exhibits were works I had never seen before. It covered his whole production from the start. Very good. The other showed , as the title sais, people in grotesque situations or with grotesque looks. The amount of works was overwhelming.
