Violeta did a wonderful job as our tour guide. It was a bit off season so we were the only two on the tour! 😀 thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and tour of the pressing rooms, etc. Violeta picked us up at our hotel as well. Time well spent.

Violetta was a wonderful tour leader and knowledgable guide. She picked up up promptly in a beautiful new van. The village was quaint and lovely looking out to the mountains and valleys to where the orchards of Olives and other various fruits are growing. It was a new learning. The tasting room experience was also a big highlight. I left... More

Violeta was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the area and olive oil. We toured an olive grove, then went to a small village that had a restored olive oil mill. We then sampled olive oil and local wines and sherry. Ham and cheese was served with the wines. This was a very informative tour with all local products.... More

Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! We enjoyed the visit to the orchards, the history of the olive presses in the small village, the beautiful views of the valley, the tastings and the company. Thanks, Violeta! We are glad we spent some of our time in Granada with you.

After a short drive from the city, we went on a tour of an olive grove, then drove to a village with a restored olive oil mill where we learned about the process of making olive oil. We then walked to the tasting room where we sampled different olive oils and a few other tasty treats. We had signed up... More

The tour of the groves and the mill was a unique experience. Violeta was the perfect guide and her enthusiasm was contagious. We really got a great appreciation for the industry and the quality of the products produced. It was a relaxing experience and tasting the oils and choosing the ones we liked best was very satisfying. We added the... More

Such a great tour starting first in the grove and then the mill and ending with a tasting. The tour guide Violet did such a fabulous job explaining how the process first began to how it's handled today. Number one fact - Spain is the largest producer of olive oil. Would have bet on Italy, but I'm a true believer... More

This kind of tour was a really nice break from looking at buildings. We booked the olive oil and wine tasting and learned quite a lot about growing the trees, production methods both old and new, and tasting oils to find that which satisfies our palate best. Our guide, Violeta, was excellent.

We booked the olive oil tour and added the wine tasting session. The tour was very easy - not a lot of walking. It was very interesting. The tour guide provided a lot of information about olive trees, growing, harvesting and the processing of olive oil. She answered all of our group's questions! The refinery was amazing to see first... More
