This is included with your admission to the alhambra, but a one time entry. Definitely worth visiting. This is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the main buildings (nasrid palace, alcazaba, etc), so I would do it last after all the rest because...More

It wasn’t that great, for me. I realised later that this guided tour was only for limited areas and was told by the information office onsite that I needed a General Admission ticket to see everything, on my own...! Later after I’d left the site...More

We spent far more time than we meant to here - the gardens are stunning, the surroundings are beautiful and the views fantastic. Even with busloads of young French students to contend with it was easy to find secluded spots to appreciate the beauty of...More

It is not to crowded with neither people or plants. There is plenty of space to walk around the beautiful garden to just embrace it and not be overwhelmed.

While some might like to wander in the gardens without a structured plan, we very much enjoyed our guided visit and felt this was the ideal way to learn about what we were seeing and maximize our time. The gardens are well kept, beautiful, and...More

On the way to the Alhambra an old man told us the Carmen de Los martires garden were prettier and I can't say it was wrong yet it is a charming place that goes toe to toe in history with the Alabama itself.

We visited the Alhambra complex including the Generalife with a private guide on a beautiful and sunny day in April. We learned all about the gardens including the fact that the current configuration dates only to the 1930’s. This in no way diminishes their serenity...More

The most beautiful gardens I have ever seen. No comparison. Take lots of selfies here. Can't imagine how the Moors engineered to run irrigation up the hilly terrain.

You can pay only for the Gardens, but the whole ticket (around 15€) include the gardens, the Nasrid Palaces (Palacios Nazaríes) and the Generalife, too. It is really worthwhile.

Hello, I was there again in April 2017 and the beds were in full bloom so nothing to worry about if April is your choice.
