this old tobacco factory is now part of the university of Sevilla. Free entry. Not so much to see, but in hot weather condition you can find some refreshment over here.

This nice historical building in Calle San Fernando was yesteray, in the past, una Fabrica de Tabacos; Nowaday renovated and transformed in an University; it's possible to visit the area.
