I was advised to visit Formentera because I was told they are the Spanish Bahama's and because it is breathtakingly beautiful. After visiting Formentera myself, I would also recommend a visit, but we experienced a few downsides though... First of all, avoid the tourist office...More

Expensive to enter and very very not. There is no shade really in this area. If you are going remember your umbrella if you are going on the beach!

It is very nice to drive around the reserve and you can see beautiful big white fields of salt. It is also possible to buy local products, such as salts with different flavours, chips, chocolate etc.
