Not a review but a question need help.

For years I have used resort hoppa and have always found them helpful and on time with pick ups.
I was given a credit note from
Last years transfer which they cancelled. There is no way I’m
Going to use it, but there is also no way of me contacting them. Any help gratefully received.

Shocking but not surprising giving it was Hoppa

Had a return transfer booked with this company from palma to Puerto de Pollença. The journey up on the 22nd of August was fine.When l arrived l heard from one of the locals that all transfers after the 31st were to stop. Hoppa obviously new this but l was not informed. They always promise you an email 24 hours before you are due to come back but it never arrives. lf it wasn't for one of the locals telling me there was to be no transfers after the 31st l would have missed my flight. Despite giving all my details including reference number & my flight & a copy of my receipt l have not even had an email about a refund. Reading the reviews company are a bunch of Bandits who should be in prison. Avoid at all costs or they could cause you a lot of worry & heartache & a lot of money. It's just a pity l had to give them 1 star👎😱👿

Had to cancel our holiday due to Covid19. I looked at the T&C, we are entitled to 75% money back but Hoppa won’t do this and will only issue a credit note. I’ve sent several emails explaining we might not travel for two years due to health reasons, we would like 75% of our money back. We are more than happy to lose the 25% as its in the T&C. Now this company is ignoring my emails.

Reading other reviews it’s clear this company isn’t trustworthy.

I would rather pay taxi prices than use this company.

Hang your heads in shame!!!!!!

Totally disgusted with this company. Never use this company. They aren’t the cheapest either, but I thought the reviews did not look too bad. How wrong I was. Never again. I usually never write reviews, but now I know the importance of reviews. I have warned all my family and friends never to go near this company. Please avoid or your holiday will be full of stress and worry. I booked an arrival and return journey from Doha thinking this would save me the hassle and airport taxi fares which are usually extortionate. However, before boarding my flight to Doha from the UK- (7hour flight) I received an email highlighting that the driver had turned up at the airport to pick us up and we were not there. Ridiculous Hoppa had mixed up our evening arrival time with the morning time and had the cheek to blame me for it, even though I had given them the flight details. I rang Hoppa’s emergency number after being put on hold and going through so many options which was so unclear, I finally spoke to someone who was more useless then a chocolate tea pot. They kept shifting the blame to me like a broken record player and said the flight details were wrong and so was the timing. I asked Hoppa to contact the taxi firm to confirm they could re-arrange the pick-up for us and for them to investigate this before I boarded my flight. She put me on hold for 2mins and then said she just spoke to them and they did not have the capacity to do so and the taxi firm could not find the flight details either. I asked to speak to a manager who was even more useless then the first person I spoke to. I asked Hoppa to arrange with another taxi company and they refused stating they only have one company they use in the whole of Qatar- Doha. Ridiculous. They did not even have a contingency plan for emergencies. She kept shifting the blame and did not want to help at all. The pathetic thing was there was x7 hours before my arrival and they could not even arrange a taxi for us? I then sent them an email to cancel my return journey after I landed, and they did not reply to me at all. I contacted the taxi company they had arranged with in Doha directly and they told me that Hoppa had not even contacted them about the missed transfer nor spoken to them about re-arranging the pick-up which they could have done. Furthermore, the first contact they had from anyone for my booking was from myself. They also informed me that the flight details I had provided were accurate and it did say evening flight, so they attempted to contact Hoppa, but no one picked up. As a result they had no recourse but to cancel. Basically, Hoppa lied about the whole thing to shift the blame and did not even contact the taxi company as they said they had. After I directly cancelled in advance my return transfer with the taxi company in Doha, Hoppa replied to my email and cancellation request via email x3 days later. Totally useless. 5 months later they still have not resolved my issue or complaint nor gotten back to me even after numerous promises to do so. The icing on the cake was: the airport taxi fare to and from the airport in Doha was less then half of what I initially paid to Hoppa. Uber was cheaper! How ridiculous and it was so straight forward. Will never use this transfer company again.

I am totally disgusted with Hoppa, as they refuse to give me a cash refund
but instead issued a credit voucher.
I told them from the start I did not want a voucher as I and my wife had fought off the corona virus and being 77 yrs of age also not knowing wether we will suffer from it again within the next 12 mths a voucher was useless.
So sort yourselves out Hoppa because the next step is a complaint about your service to the appropriate ombudsman

Booked and paid.
Emailed 24 hours and said had to cancel and rebook with a £10 cost for cancelling. Not happy
The reason? The address was apparently not correct. Even though I pulled it from you pull down menu - and Hoppa are now telling me it's wrong. How many Carrer de Sant Agusti are there in Palma (Answer: just the one)
Telling me to cancel and rebook at a cost of £10 cancellation.
Rebooking gives me exactly the same choice of location( surprisingly).
This is a scam to get more money. Do not use Hoppa or their associates in Mallorca.
Reading other reviews is also rather disappointing.
Off to chase this cowboy company for a refund. No customer service and auto emails for a ticket that is automatically closed.
Will update you if I get a human response
Three words to you about Hoppa: Avoid avoid avoid.

waited a long time and rang the emergency number . When I told the woman she hung up and failed to answer when I tried again. Had to pay for a taxi 56 euros. DO NOT USE THEM

BEWARE, we were left stranded this morning in Puerto Rico, our hoppa transfer never turned up!!!! Ended up completely stressed, late for our flight and had to pay 64 € for a taxi to airport. I had problems from once I booked The transfer, needed to make contact with them but it was virtually impossible, even created a new ticket as they requested on their website, tried emailing, calling the phone no. But all automated , sooo frustrAting, no one contacted me from hoppa after sending 3 emails, I’ve used hoppa for the last 10 years but never again so dissapointing, nobody needs this stress on their holidays

was a little longer than i thought but once we set off looking out the windows it didn't seem to take that long, the coach has air con which was great after being in a sweaty airport, coach driver took bags loaded them on and off every stop we were notified of where we were so the people in that hotel or complex knew to get off then off to the next stop and so on

Booked a return private transfer in Marrakech for a mini break , despite having paid up front and confirmed all the correct details the service didn't appear.
After exiting the airport exactly at the pre arranged time to the meeting point were our driver was supposed to be waiting we found numerous companies and drivers holding up name plaques . We found our name stuck to a board and no driver , there was a phone number scrawled on it and we repeatedly rang it and got no answer.
We tried the supposedly 24/7 24hr emergency contact provided numerous times, goes to a recorded message in Arabic .
I rang the Hoppa UK contact number from the e ticket , another automated service that tried to connect with our transport service but stated it was unavailable and we should use the complaints procedure upon return ! Thanks for leaving us stranded with no help !
A couple of locals helped ringing various numbers and interpreting the Arabic mesage but they couldn't get through either.
Lost an hour in all and then all the inconvenience of trying to get currency to use an ordinary taxi to start.
Hoppa leaves you high and dry as they are not available to assist and don't fulfill their commitments.
I will avoid in the future and spread the word of how poor their service is.
I'm not confident of a refund as they won't respond to email and there's no way of discussing with a human
