Relax in lovely surroundings
Feb 2020
We wanted to have a nice experience for my wife's birthday and decided upon The Hesperides spa in the Sheraton Hotel in Caleta de Fuste. We found it very reasonably priced and so tagged on a massage treatment at the end of our spa circuit. The main pool itself in heated and has several jets within it which offer various hydro therapies. One jet in particular was very powerful and really pummeled the muscles, which was lovely. The pool is surrounded by relaxing loungers and upon admission you are given a toweling dressing gown, a bath towel and a pair of flip flops. All you need is your swimmers. There is a whole range of different experiences down the side of the pool with sauna, steam room, roman bath, Jacuzzi, vitality pool, ice fountain, pebble walk and ice bucket drench available. There was a relaxation room with heated beds to chill out on and a small outside space with a few sun loungers. The shower/changing
room has complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and is all to a high end finish. Lockers are given to all visitors to keep their stuff in. The massage was very relaxing, but for me not as intense as I would have liked it. It was described as a deep tissue massage, but I would it more a relaxing one. I was still very nice and all of the staff in the spa were very pleasant. A great option if you get a cloudy day when on holiday.

Relaxing Last Day
Aug 2019
We were struggling with what to do on our last full day at Fuerteventura. We have never really been spa people but when I looked up what to do in Fuerteventura, spa's were pretty far up the list. We decided to go for it and checked spa's near us and this one was pretty close and had good reviews so we walked over to check it out. The receptionist was immediately welcoming and friendly and gave us a great overview of prices, facilities and treatments. She did recommend that if you are booking a treatment, it is better to do it a day or 2 in advance but this was not an issue for us as we were just looking to kill a few hours. We were surprised that we could go in there and then, we thought we would have had to book for later. It was 25 euro per person and that is for the full day. You can also leave and come back if you want. We were given towels, flip flops, swimming caps and our own locker. We walked out into the spa and it was amazing! You feel instantly relaxed in the calming atmosphere with the smells and the sounds of the water flowing. We tried all the facilities and they were all brilliant! My favourite was the hot beds, I could have stayed on them all day. I would definitely recommend this spa. We were sorry we could only go the once. Also, kids are only allowed in until 2.30pm so I would recommend going after then.

We stayed at caleta de fuste this week and was looking for a massage, we didn't know whether you had to stay at the hotel joined to the spa, so I emailed the spa to ask. They said everyone is welcome

So we walked down and spoke to the reception staff, got all the prices and availability, we booked in there and then, included in the massage price was full use of the spa as well, so the jacuzzi, the steam room, the pool and lots of other things in the main spa area, plus towel, robe and slippers. There was a deal on which the staff told us about, for approx €75 it included a joint back and leg massage for me and my husband plus everything I mentioned above

We will be returning again. Staff were all very friendly and great communication, the spa and the massage was so nice

This place is fantastic and an absolute bargain at just €20 for the day. They provide you with towel, flip flops and a swimming hat. There is a selection of herbal teas or normal teas included in the price plus you can leave and revisit later in the same day without any additional cost.

In regards the actual facilities it has everything you could wish for. Sauna, steam room, Roman bath, ice fountain, a fantastic hydrotherapy pool with jets to target all muscle groups and plenty of loungers to relax on.

friendly staff, affordable prices, I especially loved the steam room acoustics, if you stand in the centre you can hear the sound of your voice magnified! and the steam works really well

We were staying at the Sheraton. We got a massage as it also gave us access to the spa for the day. The massage was very relaxing and after I felt really nice and relaxed! I really liked the hot beds we deposited ourselves on afterwards!
The spa is incredible!
The pool is great - loads of different hydrotherapy points and great for getting tension out of muscles! The pool is warm too which is bliss. They have a warm jacuzzi too. The experiences are amazing on the side - steam room, ice fountain, water experiences - absolutely amazing!
We felt so relaxed after!
You get a towel, dressing gown and flip flops before you come in. The changing rooms have a nice shower and hair dryer and there is shampoo/conditioner etc.
It was amazing!

Wonderfull experience

Been going to Fuerteventura for many years, but up until now, never thought about a spa day.
I received a complimentary ticket to the Thalasso Spa so we had no excuse no to try.
On entry your greater by a very nice receptionist, who books you in, and provides you with a towel, toweling robe, flip flops, a hair cap and a locker key.
You can say all day and go out for lunch and return.
After exiting the changing room, you enter the baths room, and start to explore.
A path takes you past saunas, thermic experiences, Turkish bath, ice cold pool and shower and heated hot glazed beds and and amazing pool.
This pool has a powerful shower jets and other outlets of water under pressure.
You can relax on loungers, with water and teas. When we were there, it wasn’t too busy, so it never felt crowded.
When you finish and shower with top quality complimentary toiletries, you feel really relaxed and very good. I’d definitely pay the 25€, pp, next year when we next holiday.

Very relaxing & wide range of features
Aug 2018 • Family
We visited the spa in the middle of our holiday with 2 children. Children are permitted until 2:30pm, we arrived at opening time at 9:30 and for the first hour or so we were the only users of the facilities.

The range of pools & jacuzzies as well as the sauna and Roman bath is great. We didn't use any additional treatments but for a couple of hours you can relax for a reasonable price.

The receptionist made us feel welcome and the facilities are clean and very well maintained.
