So interesting....we have been on hot clear days and heavy cloud days.......heavy cloud days are interesting as one can see the moisure leaking from the clouds and saturating everything. You can eat there too.

We came here with an organized buss tour, so we only had aprox 30 min to look around. But I knew we have to go back, renting a car, so we can stay for longer.

If you like heavily shaded, well maintained trails in forests, then this may be "great, wonderful, etc", but if you like majestic views and variety, this is not the place to hike. As we are the latter, we were quite disappointed. To be fair, there were 2 places with good views: the summit area which includes a good look-out at... More

large national park with one major highlight. many of the flora and fauna have not changed in millions of years, and this makes it one of the few places in the world to see vegetation and animals in their original form. the lush greenery is a stark contrast to the drier areas outside the park. interpretation center is worth the... Very interesting forest. Lots of trails and exciting hidden paths make for fun excursions for several days. There are long, demanding and steep climbs as well as short, easy and relaxed mini-trails. Usually a lot of mist and fog but sometimes you get clear blue skies. Information might seem scarce at first but a visit to any tourist centre in... More

On a coach tour, we had only a short glimpse into the beauty of the Park with its impressive rocks, ancient forest and stunning landscapes. Absolutely breathtaking. Mostly the Park is associated with laurisilva forest, but it also includes impreesive rock formations: Ojila, de Agando, de La Zarcita.
