Old maps and drawings of the city

Do go inside the tower, preferably with a torch as the drawings are difficult to see in the dim light.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with accessibility issues. It is free to enter the tower and view the information displayed inside, which includes old maps and photos of the city

Just a tower which was not open when we went but nice to look at the exterior. We were on Gomera for two weeks and never saw it open, but it is in a nice park.

Set in a simple park it sure has a lot of history attached to it. Surprised at the amount to see within the walls

I took the walking tour of the main historical buildings in San Sebastian and this was the last stop of our tour. Very interesting!

Good to see such an old defensive tower complete, but there are no "interpretive" boards or information and no access when we were there in March, despite what it said ion the guide book.

The Torre del Conde is the oldest military fortification in the Canary Islands. Set in pretty gardens it's worth a visit.

Visited here during a trip to SS, pleasant grounds and gardens and an interesting piece of architecture and history. Worth a 20min stop as not too much to read
