It's as expected, busy, €10 per person entry, as it would be if you had the rights to run the National Park. If you have seen lava flow before and you didn't find it interesting then it's not for you..... We waited 10 mins on...More

We took the south tour with lowcosttours and this was one of our stops. Its crazy being in the middle of these volcanoes and seeing the landscape. Its a little scary being on a coach going round the tiny windy roads but our driver pulled...More

The tour and views are absolutely amazing and captivating (i'm a geologist). the only downside is that you are confined to a bus which only showcases the highlights of the park.

Pleasant coach journey, we did the half day this time while we have young children but the volcano tour was still as impressive and as informative as I remember it 10 years ago. Only downside for me being an animal lover was the optional camel...More

This is a must...The natural beauty of Timanfaya is not to be missed. Mother Nature at her most savage made such a rugged landscape. 10 euros per person, but a coach tour of the volcanoes and lava fields included. Well worth the money. This is...More

It's an interesting experience to drive around a vulcanised area. The trip is made in a bus so there is not many opportunities to walk around, make photos and just enjoy the views (and some of them are amazing). As it is not too expensive...More

My family and I really enjoyed the trip to Timanfaya National Park. We went by coach, that took us right up to the visitor centre. We were all really impressed with the experiments: holding hot stones, seeing straw thrown into a big pit catch fire...More

I can't remember exactly, but it was about 45 minutes. I suppose it depends how many stops the coach makes to pick other passengers up from other hotels. I would recommend going there, it's a great excursion. We did not... More

Well, depends on the kids of course but the whole Timanfaya tour is about 30 minutes. I suggest to find and book a South Island trip, they pick you up and drop you off and it includes Timanfaya as well. Without car is really... More
