It’s worth a visit, but not for swimming. Nice to see surfers in action, extremly windy. We came here to see the waves, and were not disappointed.

This beach is very beautiful and not very crowded. Huge waves are ideal for surfing. Only negative I would say are the very strong winds. For the ladies I would recommend tied hair or head scarf.

The scenery (surrounding mountains) is very impressive and worth a detour if you are in Lanzarote. Very windy every time I have been (hence all the surfing activity).

Not only the beach is good, especially if you surf, but there are good opportunities for hiking in the close-by mountains! If you are in Lanzarote, you cannot miss it!

A quite windy day. Waves were pretty spectacular and the surfers were out. Not somewhere for a swim or relaxing day on the beach but impressive.
