Hello , honestly I do not know. We visited the island in July and the weather was perfect. Even in July it was cold on top of the volcano so I imagine in November it will be very chilly.

It depends on what you mean for bad knees. Anyway, is not a competition, after using the "telefirica" to get at the top of the Vulcano, you can easily walk your way (at your time) to the highest point. Enjoy :)
