Castillo de San Felipe is situated in Puerto de La Cruse in the North of Tenerife on the black sandy beach. It is a nice piece of the local history.

Little fortress from the 16th century of a defensive nature. Nothing interesting to explore. Basically the same walls.

Saw from the outside but never managed to find it open. The stone piles round the back are good to look at.

Pleasant, enjoyable views of the Atlantic Ocean from the Castillo, and a lovely place to stroll around.

This modest castle, located beside Playa Jardin, plays host to a variety of temporary art exhibitions and regular theatre and dance performance. Check at the tourist office for dates and hours of operation.
