Tucked away behind one of Toledo’s labyrinthine streets, the San Roman Church provides an excellent example of 13th century Mudéjar architecture. It has a beautiful interior with high-quality frescos. It’s not very large, but is well worth a few moments of anyone’s time.

Not a big church, but like the Mezquita in Cordoba, it combines Moorish influences and Christian decorations. Worth a visit.

This is a European touch but with a touch of middle east. You can never ignore the intricate works allover inside and outside the church.
